This is the first misbehaving child in the Lunch Pale Line, a Caramel Stout that looks like creamy peanut butter and drinks like you just made a very bad (read: good) decision at the cafeteria table. Inspired by the classic elementary school sandwich and brewed with lactose for a soft, milk-sugar creaminess.
On the nose you get sweet bread and malt, like cracking open a lunchbox your mom packed in a rush. She made you a PB&J…but you have no idea what jam she used. There’s a hazy cloud of candied fruit – prune? raspberry? apple? grape?
The sip is nut-forward yet crisp and light, with that subtle lactose cushion smoothing everything out. A gentle, nutty backbone carries a dancing berry ghost that shows up for a second and vanishes before you can stick a flavor wheel on it. It’s suspiciously easy to drink for something that hits like a stout; the flavors play coy while the ABV does the talking. It’s the mystery PB&J you traded half your lunch for…and somehow still came out on top.
Travy's Tasting Tidings:

"Tastes like a ice cream Sunday fighting a peanut fighting a berry."
Gourmand Jon's Grub Guidance:

"Coming Soon."
